The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was an unusual towel-counting practice. The location was convenient to many attractions but lacked the usual open entrance area. The dining experience was average, and the continental breakfast would end quickly. The facilities were okay, but there were some noise issues in the rooms.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were new, very clean, and beautifully renovated, although I was not supplied with hand soap and an extra set of towels. On the upside, the cleanliness really stood out. The service was friendly and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. The location was fine, close to the airport and an excellent Italian restaurant, Italia Corner II. However, missing amenities like a hair dryer or an iron in the room were a downside. The dining experience was less than ideal with limited options available, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
